Waterway Guide has introduced Waterway Guide Mobile, new iPhone apps containing all of the same comprehensive and up-to-date information available in the print guides.

The Mobile Guides will be divided into smaller regions, with each app giving boaters the ability to customize the amount of information needed for specific boating areas. Many features available only on mobile devices, such as the ability to instantly dial or email marinas, restaurants, service facilities and much more, make these Mobile Guides the perfect boater’s companion. The same mile-by-mile navigational information, Goin’ Ashore details and marina information will now be available directly to your phone.

These will be available from the Apple App Store for both the iPhone and the new iPad as soon as the iPads are released. But that is not all. Waterway Guide plans to introduce the apps on the new Android system and also have them available for other Smart Phones.
