Consider Winter Maintenance to Avoid HST

As you prepare your boat for another winter on the hard, you may want to consider scheduling any maintenance or servicing while the snow flies.

As of July 1, 2010, the new 13 per cent Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will come into effect in Ontario and you may end up paying more for many items and services.

If you would like more information on the HST and how it will affect you, go to the Ontario Ministry of Revenue’s website.
